Scottish Independence Debate - Devolving power

It occurred to me this morning that there hadn't been any mention let alone discussion of this subject, either in the magazine or on the web site. This surprised me initially since I remember some years ago the RCP putting out a booklet arguing strongly against any form of devolution. Do people think it's just a non-issue, or that, as an article in the Guardian was suggesting yesterday, that the new assembly could ultimately lead to further independence?

It has been discussed in my office, but generally in terms of it's good to dilute the power of Westminster in general, i.e. local goverment is good whereas central government is bad. This seems to me to have a ring of truth to it.
